Debi has worked in Service orientated industries for over 20 years, 14 years in the Insurance Industry and 10 years in Mining Recruitment, both being fast paced environments demanding high quality results. Each client is guaranteed Professionalism with integrity from Debi as she believes in always putting your needs first.
About Me
Arvin has had extensive experience in the real estate sector , having worked for Harcourts Fiji franchise for over 11 years . He was one of the founding agents for the Fiji franchise with real estate training from their Auckland based Academy.
Prior to getting into real estate , Arvin worked at Kontiki Capital Limited – a Suva based investment banking firm. He also has experience in retail banking with Westpac Banks International Services in Suva. He also had a short stint with St. George Bank in Sydney in its retail and margin lending department.
As such, Arvin has the responsibility for further expanding the reach of Suva Realty Management Limited into the Capital City’s leading full service/one stop Licensed Real Estate firm dealing in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Property Sales, Leasing & Management.
About Me
Cephas commenced his career in Real Estate at the age of 20 entering the arena of Residential Sales and Leasing. He worked for over 5 years at Harcourts Fiji having under gone training from their New Zealand based Trainers. In his real estate journey, Cephas gained a true appreciation of time, energy, effort and commitment that is synonymous with such a competitive position.
Cephas continuously looks for new challenges while still having fun in his role. He had moved on to join a Law Firm as a Law Clerk to broaden his knowledge in the legal aspects of Real Estate. Through this combined knowledge, Cephas intends on providing his clients with competitive market leading advice, service and results.
Applying his energy, determination and eagerness to learn, Cephas now joins Suva Realty Management Limited undertaking the Training & Mentoring role for new sales consultants , while continuing his role as a Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant.

Malele comes from a Security Background Having Worked 4 Years in the Industry. He has Worked his way through the Ranks to become a Properties Officer and now promoted to Property Manager.
Malele Manages the Day to Day functioning of the Apartments and Properties under Management in Our Portfolio Including Liasing with Tenants.
